Currently performance awaited from purchasing teams goes growing; nevertheless they cannot endow themselves with additional means. The possibilities of optimization of these teams then must go through an improvement and an improving of the management, so that each can give the better one of oneself and that the constituent elements of these groups can advance in the same direction.
Knowing the basic methods of the management, identify its proper style of management and elaborate a plan of progress and of self-training become the necessary tools to a substantial evolution.
